BYD eMAX7 is launched at a price of Rs. 26.90 lakhs. BYD provides an 8-year/1.6 lakh km standard battery warranty, while the motors get an 8-year/1/5 lakh km warranty.

Each variant of the eMax 7 gets a battery pack option: the Premium has a 55.4kWh unit with an NEDC range of 420km, while the Superior has a 71.8kWh unit with 530km of range. While the Premium trim gets 163hp and a claimed 0-100kph time of 10.1 seconds, the Superior has 204hp and a claimed 0-100kph time of 8.6 seconds; however, both get 310Nm. That’s quite a significant step up from the 95hp and 180Nm outputs of the outgoing e6 MPV. BYD claims a top speed of 180kph for both variants of the eMax 7.
